Dear FAC Family,

What an incredible joy it is for all of us to be part of God’s Church! Over the past few years, I have been overwhelmed by the many stories of life change that I have encountered. Recently, I spoke with a man who, by his own admission, had completely lost his faith in God. He reached out to us because a member of the FAC family had reached out to him.The fact that he believes we are a church that would welcome him and show him the path to God through Jesus Christ is the heart of what we are about. As a church, we are committed to going into the world around us and influencing it for Christ. And we are called to be a “come-as-you-are” church where people can learn how to follow Jesus Christ together.

Pastor Jason EspositoIn the parable of the talents (Matthew 25:15), the master entrusts his property to his servants, dividing it according to their ability — giving more to the ones he believes can do the most with it. God has provided FAC with a tremendous location and resources to impact this region for His Glory. This is why our theme for the next season of His work is Building on the Master’s Plan. This statement sums up the challenge and the opportunity perfectly. It is God’s vision to reach the surrounding community so that those who do not know Christ will come to follow Him. We know that the new building campaign is a key tool in accomplishing this vision. Now, we must faithfully continue on the journey we believe He has us on.

For each of us that calls FAC home, this next chapter will be a great step of faith requiring all of us to continue to pray, serve, and give in order to see this plan come to fruition. I am eagerly looking forward to the work God is going to do in our lives and in our community as together, we continue Building on the Master’s Plan.

On the Journey Together,
Rev. Jason Esposito
